As the festive season approaches, we wanted to update you on our team’s working hours during the Christmas period. To ensure we provide the best service, please note the following information about our availability:
Christmas Period Opening Hours
UK Customers:
Our support teams will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) throughout the Christmas period, excluding Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January), when we will be closed.
Scotland Customers:
Please note that in addition Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January), we will also be closed on 2nd January due to local holidays. Our support team will resume normal working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays following these dates.
For Non-Emergency Requests
All non-urgent queries during the Christmas period can be raised via My Home, and we will update you on their progress. Please bear in mind that during the festive period, response times may be slightly longer than usual, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
