Login into your online account is the easiest way to change your details but if you need additional help, please get in touch with us.
Update your payment details
The service charge is usually paid in advance either once or twice a year, but it depends on your lease or transfer document.
If you wish to pay for your service charges on a monthly basis you can set up a Direct Debit, but a yearly £24 fee will be applied to your account to cover the administration involved with paying outside the terms of your lease. To switch to a Direct Debit please contact our Customer Services team.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up direct debits or process payments from international cards through My Home. However, if you would like to pay using a non-UK bank account, this can be completed via bank transfer. You’ll find these details within My Home or on any of your invoices.
