We are delighted to announce the appointment of Phil Tyler as our new Chief Digital Officer. Phil joins the executive team to lead our digital transformation and IT operations.
Phil brings extensive cross-sector digital transformation experience spanning over 20 years, in roles across energy, finance, telecoms and health. His previous roles include Head of Global Programme Delivery for Gazprom Marketing & Trading, Chief Operating Officer of a digital agency and, most recently, Phil held the role of Chief Operating Officer of a digital start-up.
In his new role at FirstPort, Phil will oversee the continued rollout of our digital transformation programme, which includes our industry-leading digital platform, integrating systems to streamline communications and optimise operations for the benefit of our customers, employees and partners.
Speaking about his appointment, Phil said: “I am excited to join FirstPort at a time where its digital programme is front and centre in its efforts to improve service for its customers.
