FirstPort employees recognised for outstanding commitment to customers

FirstPort is ending 2018 on a high, with five employees recognised for their outstanding commitment to customers at the News on the Block Property Management Awards.

Award Winners
· Concierge of the Year – Mustakim Momin, Jacobs Island
· New Property Manager of the Year – Christopher Pass, Putney Wharf

· Concierge of the Year – Roma Jurkjans, Putney Wharf
· London Property Manager of the Year of the Year – Kelly Dowling, Capital East (Phase II)
· New Property Manager of the Year of the Year – Mohammed Islam, Parkwest

Concierge of the Year, Mustakim, is renowned at his development for knowing the names and faces of every resident in its 290 apartments. Mustakim has received many glowing testimonials from customers to support his nomination, with one customer commenting: “It’s difficult to express in words just how amazing Mustakim is and how indispensable he is. He is viewed with the highest regard and affection by all residents and I just can’t imagine him having a bad day.”

New Property Manager of the Year, Chris, joined FirstPort a year ago and his can-do attitude and strong work ethic have put him in high regard with his customers, with one commenting: “He quickly brought a hands-on approach to the various tasks to be dealt with on the estate and grasped the need for things to be seen to be done. Chris has a fluent and effective way of dealing with residents on the estate. He is appreciative of positive comments and understanding of complaints which he responds to promptly, clearly and politely.”
