The Property Management Awards , hosted by News on the Block, did not disappoint with one of FirstPort’s Property Managers winning an award, and a further three being highly commended.
FirstPort was also highly commended in the National Property Management Company of the year category.
Our award-winning colleague, Hayley Harvey – winner of Property Manager of the Year (London) looks after Jacobs Island in Bermondsey.
Hayley is exceptionally organised, prioritises her workload based on FirstPort’s Values and always strives to work SMART so that she’s continuously achieving. She thrives when seeing her team accomplish their goals.
At the end of 2017, Hayley was awarded FirstPort’s Customer Engagement Award in recognition of the relationships she’d forged with her development’s Right To Manage Directors, residents’ associations and the heads of the various client committees. At this point, she’d only been with us for 12 months.
One of Hayley’s customers said: “Hayley has good listening skills. She is calm and grounded in her approach, always approachable, always professional. As a result, she is able to address and resolve residents’ concerns and complaints sensitively and practically. She also has an excellent rapport with the other employees who work at the development and it is a tribute to her people skills that she has such an energised and happy team of staff under her supervision.”
