FirstPort has won ‘Residential Property Management Company of the Year’ at the Property Week Management All Stars Awards. Its Legal Services Team was also highly commended in the ‘Professional Services Team of the Year’ category.
The winning entry highlighted FirstPort’s strong focus on customer service and its leading health and safety practices. The judges also highlighted how impressed they were with the organisation’s four pillars model, focused on achieving high standards.
The Legal Services Team’s entry showcased their unrivalled level of industry knowledge and experience, making them a well-respected ‘go-to’ team in the business, dealing with around 4,000 enquiries a year.
Russell Tillison, Director of Legal Services was there to pick up the award and said: “I am honoured to have collected the award for Residential Property Management Company of the Year on behalf of all of the team at FirstPort. Each and every one of FirstPort’s 3,200 colleagues contributed to this awards and are making a difference to our customers’ lives.
