Mainstay, part of the FirstPort Group, has won the operational management contract for Gasholders London, the iconic residential development on the King’s Cross Estate.
Mainstay was selected for its high quality and innovative approach to management services, which will provide Gasholder residents with an exceptional level of service. The appointment follows an extensive, competitive pitch process for the open market tender.

The Mainstay / FirstPort Group manages the services for some of the UK’s most prominent and exclusive mixed-use schemes, including Chelsea Creek, Fulham, Bezier Apartments, EC1 and Sugar Quay, EC3. The firm also manages or is instructed to manage Onyx and 101 Camley Street, both within 400 metres of Gasholders.
This latest management contract has enabled the Group to continue to build on its wealth of expertise and experience in residential property management in the London area.
