Following an independently-managed tender process, FirstPort has appointed OpenView to manage the maintenance and repair of both fire safety systems and emergency call systems in our independent and assisted living developments across the UK.
OpenView will provide an improved level of service across our whole portfolio and better security for residents.
This is part of our commitment to the highest standards of safety and to delivering the best value for our customers.
OpenView were appointed following a comprehensive competitive tender process. At every stage, participants were tested on the quality of their service and the competitiveness of their price.
We are confident that the final contract represents the most comprehensive deal available for our customers.
