We were delighted to see two of our FirstPort colleagues receive top accolades at the News on the Block Awards (30th November).
Winner – Concierge of the Year
Antonio, concierge at our luxury development, Prince of Wales Drive, scooped the top prize for continually going above and beyond in his role.
He not only joined when the development was new but also during the pandemic, which added extra pressure to an already demanding environment. Often working evenings and weekends, he ensures his customers are kept safe and secure. In particular, throughout the pandemic, he called residents who had contracted the virus daily to check how they were feeling and organised their weekly shopping.
From taking care of customers to assisting contractors, Antonio always helps out to make their lives easier – and always with a smile! His Development Manager, Michail, states: “Antonio treats everyone, whether they are a contractor, staff member, or resident, all with the same level of service and respect.”
Highly Commended – New Property Manager of the Year
In just under two years, Andreea was property manager from her concierge role at College Road in Harrow. Her fast promotion is a testament to her dedication and hard work to support her customers, contractors, and colleagues.
From providing round the clock support to resolve a major water issue, to working closely with local authorities to increase security at her site, she has a key quality as a property manager – her ability to form strong and lasting connections. In particular, her relationship with her residents is trusting and professional, earning her the utmost respect from them – including an incredible 34 glowing testimonials!
