13 September 2022
The passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II has left much of our nation, and much of the world, with a feeling of deep sadness. Her Majesty dedicated her life to her country and the impact she had will not be forgotten.
As we look back over The Queen’s 70-year reign, we remember a monarch who devoted everything and always put her people first.
Over the coming days, we will continue a period of national mourning. This will last until Her Majesty’s state funeral, which is scheduled to take place on Monday 19th September. As this date has now been confirmed as a bank holiday, we will be pausing non-urgent work on this day with our normal operations returning on Tuesday 20th September. As always, our out-of-hours service is in place for emergencies, which can be accessed by clicking here.
The Queen served her country and the Commonwealth with complete devotion. Her legacy as Britain’s most extraordinary, steadfast, and longest-serving monarch will live on and we would like to thank her for her loyal service.
As we all continue to mourn the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we offer our thoughts and sympathies to the entire Royal Family at this sad time.
