Debra Keyte, Property Manager, has been instrumental in organising a variety of volunteer activities to enhance the landscaping at Hunter’s Green. Regularly visiting the site, she works closely with residents to coordinate gardening efforts, such as replanting shrubs and trees throughout the development and in the orchard. While most of the heavy lifting at Hunters Green is carried out by external gardeners and contractors, there have been some excellent volunteer efforts by residents to support the ongoing landscaping projects.
This collaborative approach not only helps keep costs down but fosters a strong sense of community. With much already achieved, there are plenty of exciting plans for the future to further enhance the estate’s surroundings.

What we manage
