FirstPort’s new London Residential Real Estate team is led by Victoria, Leanne, and Craig, a senior management team bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest standards of management and service for our clients in London.

When you partner with FirstPort London Real Estate Management, we assign a dedicated team to care for your development: 

Property Manager

Your Property Manager is your single point of contact and acts as the central hub for all your needs. TPI qualified with at least 2 years’ experience, they will:

  • Conduct detailed site visits and promptly manage all necessary repairs and maintenance works.
  • Regularly meet with the Board of Directors, build strong relationships with clients and residents, and offer expert advice and support.
  • Ensure regular, informative customer communication using your preferred communication channel, supported with 24-hour access via our online customer portal, My Home.
  • Provide comprehensive support to meet all health, safety, and fire regulations, ensuring full compliance.
  • Partner with accredited contractors that deliver value and quality.

Relationship building is pivotal to our role as Property Managers. Establishing a true partnership with RMC and RTM Directors that’s based on shared and agreed goals instils trust and confidence in residents that their home is in safe hands.

Service Charge Accountant

Your Service Charge Accountant will liaise directly with the Board of Resident Directors to ensure that service charge estimates and final accounts are accurate, transparent and issued on-time. They will prepare financial reporting, advise on service charge and accounts matters and are also available to visit the property by appointment.

Health and fire safety compliance

Our dedicated Health and Safety team proactively manage and mitigate safety risks, including preparing fire strategies, conducting fire risk assessments, addressing urgent building and fire safety issues, and ensuring that essential certifications are in place.

Resident Directors can feel confident that their buildings meet rigorous safety standards without the complexities of navigating the safety requirements alone.

Each development has its own requirements, and our building safety approach must reflect this. Ultimately, at the centre of everything we do is the need to ensure every voice has the opportunity to be heard.

We partner with accredited local and national contractors to ensure the best value and highest quality of work. However, clients may also choose to continue using their trusted contractors. Resident Directors can feel confident that their buildings meet rigorous safety standards without the complexities of navigating the safety requirements alone.

Efficient communication

Our online customer portal, My Home, makes it quick and easy for you to manage your account online, raise repairs, keep you updated on site news and much more. Your Property Manager will be available to discuss any queries you have and keep you updated about news at your development. 

Building asset management

With regular inspections and cutting-edge compliance software, we take a proactive approach to keeping key assets like fire alarms, emergency lights and lifts in good working order, protecting the long-term value of the property.

Seamless mobilisation

Our dedicated onboarding team ensures a seamless transition for new developments by conducting thorough due diligence, including HR/TUPE requirements, reviewing policies and expenditure plans for service continuity, and effectively managing communication and engagement with all stakeholders.
